FranklinWH installation training consists of training sessions provided by FranklinWH to its installers, through which they are trained to install, commission and maintain the FHP system. Completing the training sessions means that you have been qualified for the installation of FHP products. Your installer account will be authenticated, so that you can activate new products and use the installation tools.

Step 1: ① Disconnect the grid power supply breaker on aGate, 

② Disconnect the power input breaker from the optional generator, 

③ Disconnect the power input breaker from the solar generation system (first time).

Step 2: ④Turn off the EMS switch on aGate.

Step 3: ⑤Disconnect the aPower supply breaker on aGate.

Step 1:  Log in to the installer account.

Step 2: Turn on the aGate’WiFi.

Please check the grid power supply.

The grid power supply may not be working properly. The start-up of some high-power equipment, such as air conditioners and water pumps require very large electrical input currents. When high-power equipment is running, starting the water pump or air conditioner may result in unexpected shutdown of aPower. If this occurs, it is recommended to shut down the other high-power equipment and restart them after the water pump or air conditioner has been successfully started and running.
