With over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and a background in electrical engineering, he oversees the company’s strategic operations across the U.S. and Philippine offices.

Glenn brings a unique combination of healthcare leadership, operational management, and technical systems thinking to Solartronics. He has built a career grounded in service, accountability, and problem-solving. His background in programming and systems engineering, combined with hands-on business ownership experience, supports Solartronics’ mission to deliver practical, reliable, and customer-focused clean energy solutions.

Bernard is a driven entrepreneur, healthcare professional, and visionary leader. As Co-Founder and Business Development Partner at Solartronics, he plays a key role in expanding innovative energy solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving market growth in the renewable energy sector. He also serves as CEO and President of Biomerge Field Solutions Inc. and Arete Healthcare Management & Marketing Services Inc.

Prime leads day-to-day operations for Solartronics' Philippines office in Cebu — overseeing local project execution, training logistics, and the technology backbone that keeps the PH team running. A full-stack engineer by trade, he brings systems thinking and a builder's mindset to every workflow.
