You must be affiliated with an installation company which will assign you an installer account. 

You can then participate in the FranklinWH training.
 

Notes:
 You may also complete the installer training through on-site corporate training.

Step 1: ① Disconnect the grid power supply breaker on aGate, 

② Disconnect the power input breaker from the optional generator, 

③ Disconnect the power input breaker from the solar generation system (first time).

Step 2: ④Turn off the EMS switch on aGate.

Step 3: ⑤Disconnect the aPower supply breaker on aGate.

If you cannot use your account to sign in to the FranklinWH app, please check whether you have completed the FranklinWH online training and received certification. If you have completed the training and certification but still fail to sign into the app, please contact the FranklinWH service team to reset your password.

FranklinWH installation training consists of training sessions provided by FranklinWH to its installers, through which they are trained to install, commission and maintain the FHP system. Completing the training sessions means that you have been qualified for the installation of FHP products. Your installer account will be authenticated, so that you can activate new products and use the installation tools.
