Please check the grid power supply.

The grid power supply may not be working properly. The start-up of some high-power equipment, such as air conditioners and water pumps require very large electrical input currents. When high-power equipment is running, starting the water pump or air conditioner may result in unexpected shutdown of aPower. If this occurs, it is recommended to shut down the other high-power equipment and restart them after the water pump or air conditioner has been successfully started and running.

• ①Check whether grid power supply is off.
• ②Check whether electric devices are consuming too much power. If any device is found with excess power consumption, please shut down the unnecessary devices, to ensure that the system runs normally.
• ③System power will drop slightly below temperatures of 10℃ to protect the battery’s life as a characteristic of the battery pack.

Check whether your aGate communication is working properly:

• After startup, aGate fails to activate its Wi-Fi hotspot
• Restart the aGate EMS switch, wait 35 seconds and then scan for Wi-Fi hotspot on your mobile phone. If you can connect to the aGate’s Wi-Fi network, then the issue was resolved.

• aPower is on but shows an offline status, and App shows that aPower fails to supply power
• Check whether the aPower breaker on the aGate is closed. If not, please close it and then check aPower status. If aPower outputs power, then the issue was resolved.

• Power indicating LED keeps flashing at one second frequency
• Check whether aGate EMS is working:
• ① Check whether the aGate EMS switch is closed and whether the indicating LED is on.
• ② Check whether the aGate is connected to an external EPO ("Emergency Power Off”) switch, and if connected, check that the EPO switch is closed.
