Check whether your aGate communication is working properly:
- ① If aGate is connected to Internet via Ethernet cable, please check the cable connection.
- ② If aGate is connected to Internet via Wi-Fi, please check your Wi-Fi connection; aGate currently does not support 5Ghz Wi-Fi connection, please connect it to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network.
- ③ If 4G LTE network is used, please check the cellular network conditions at your aGate installation site. If the cellular network performance is not satisfactory, please contact your dealer for a 4G LTE enhancement option.
